Behind The Scenes in Entrepreneurship!

Things are looking pretty exiting in the RISE entrepreneurship class.

I am currently in the entrepreneurship class, so I asked my classmates to tell me about their projects and what they are hoping for in the future.


The Pencil Emporium

“We sell quality pencil-related products.”

What do you expect your business will be like in the future?

“We make some money.”

How many future employees do you think you’ll have?

“Just us three.”


K & E Decor

“We sell farmhouse home decor.”

What do you expect your business will be like in the future?

“We’re hoping that we’ll be successful and be able to continue our business.”

How many employees do you think you’ll have?

“Ten.”



Rise & Shine Cafe’

“Build your own coffee cafe’.”

What do think your business will be like in the future?

“I hope it will become popular and we’ll get lots of orders.”

How many employees do you think you’ll have in the future?

“We might hire some High School students, so we’re hoping that

we’ll have like two employees each day.”


Hello Hydro

“Making custom water bottles”

What do you think your business will be like in the future?

“I think it will maybe be for people at LCS or Lakeland, but maybe it could grow bigger.”

How many employees do you think you’ll have?

“Probably two or three.”



Ja’Via Donaldson and Maddie Powers are working on a new, more fun way of teaching math to younger kids.


Do you think this project will be successful?

“Yes, I think we’re gonna have a lot of people.”



All of us in the entrepreneurship class are hoping that our businesses will be successful. I’m very exited for the RISE Expo this year!
